So last night my grandma came to have dinner with my family. The first thing she said was “you look like you’ve lost a lot a weight! You look amazing!” Talk about a huge confidence boost! But we had dinner around the dinningroom table… which we never do. So I had to eat. I had a low fat turkey dog and half a peice of cantalope. But I purged it all out. I felt so guilty that I just had to get rid of it. Then I went on a major binge that night and had candy and two more turkey dogs. I didn’t purge that because my stomach still hurt from earlier. I think I worked all the calories off though. I’m going to do better today.
I went to church this morning and haven’t eaten yet. But it is only 10:41am. To keep my self busy, I’ve started reading the gossip girl books. They’re actually kind of triggering because the main character has a mild ED. And they’re really entertaining. I’ve also been spending more time on my hair and makeup. That keeps me preoccupied a little longer. I hope I can just make it on water and some fruit today. That’s my plan.
No. I haven’t been diagnosed. No one really knows yet. My parents suspect something, but they haven’t taken me to the doctor. And thanks. It’s good to know that you’re there :)
